A mustachioed man in a three-piece suit.
Always well-dressed, this fellow is never shy about dropping trou to show off his sheer hosiery.

My interests with suits has always been inexplicably linked with men wearing nice, long over-the-calf dress socks. Where and how this interest developed, I can only guess. My earliest memories of suits and OTC dress socks catching my attention were as a child. I'd often have to take the train downtown during rush hour. The train was packed full of men in suits. Luckily casual Friday hadn't yet become an every day of the week thing. I'd revel in finding the best dressed men on the platform to stand near - the ones wearing well fitted suits, their ties neatly and tightly tied, their shoes well shined. As we crammed on the train, I'd take the opportunity to get closer and take in the details. I'd imagine what it was like for this man to get up every morning and instantly put a suit on. I'd imagine what it would feel like to wear a suit all day long. And I'd imagine what it would feel like at the end of the day, to be tired, but still properly suited, riding the train home. However, the biggest treat wasn't squeezing in on the train amongst all these suited office workers. The biggest treat was when an open seat on the train became available. When a seat opened, it was likely going to be filled by a suited commuter. As he'd sit down, his pant legs would rise up showing off his dress socks. I would always try to angle myself to get a better look to see if I could tell if he was wearing OTC socks or not. Oftentimes, I'd be let down seeing a band of his hairy legs flashing between his dress socks and pants. But every so often, I'd see someone sit, their pant legs rise, and their dress socks would just keep going as far as the eye could see. The OTC unicorns, you could say. I remember one time specifically, the train was fairly empty and I had a seat. And a handsome mid-40's gentleman in a suit eventually sat across from me. I stared intently. I can remember his blue suit. His double windsor silver tie. His shiny black lace up shoes. When he first sat, he spread his legs, feet flat on the floor, his pants rising the slightest and flashing a bit of his black dress socks. Then he crossed his legs, revealing even more of his sexy black dress socks going up his leg. I couldn't take my focus off him. He goes to scratch his leg, revealing his socks go even higher in the process. Could this young sexy, suited man be wearing OTC socks? Then it happens. Through his pant legs, he goes to adjust his socks and make sure they are pulled up all the way, making sure they are sitting just below his knee. Confirmed! He was wearing OTC dress socks under his suit. I was enamored. At the time, I didn't understand my interest. I didn't know why I was staring at all the suited men coming to and from work. Not to mention, my staring was probably way more obvious that I realized. But what I did know was that I felt different when I was around men in suits and OTC socks. I'd leave the train excited. I'd walk home thinking about everyone I saw. I'd think about what it would be like to be them. I'd imagine myself in a suit and OTC dress socks. At home, I'd find myself browsing mens formal clothes on the dial up internet. Structure (now Express Men) was a constant stop on the internet. I was obsessed with the model's crisp and sleek suit paints. And distinctly remember waiting for their overly coded website to load each new image. Eventually I had my first chance to suit up since discovering my new feelings. I can remember it clearly. It was a black suit, shiny black oxford dress shoes, a banker blue shirt, red double Windsor tie, and black OTC dress socks. I don't remember how I even got OTC dress socks at that age, but I was hooked. Since then, I've found any opportunity to suit up like my favorite men from the train, OTC dress socks included.
